This book is actually made up of eight short stories. I've read two of the stories and found them rather unique.
The first, "Too Old to Rock and Roll", is about a boy whose mother has passed away. He tries to get his father to like a family friend who has been helping them cope, but his instead, his father makes a rather surprising choice.
The second story is entitled "Just Passing Through", about a strange leak in a house. The conclusion to this story is very odd.
